With this week's newsletter, we would like to keep you up to date on the latest EICAA social media activities, conferences and events as well as possible participations. We would highly appreciate if you could support us with topics and content of your work related to the EICAA project to keep our website and social media channels updated.

Quick Reminder
In this week's newsletter you will find some reminders, please make sure you have cross checked all the bullet points.If you have any special topics or reminders you would like to have included in the newsletter, please forward them to us by next Monday morning at the latest. :)
E-Zine:
We are already working on our E-zine #4. Please remember that the deadline for contributions from partners is the end of May. You are welcome to send content to the team of ProMedia earlier.
EICAA-Website:
- We would like to inform you in our newsletter that the relaunch of our new EICAA website is now online. A big thank you goes to the Evista team for the fast and great implementation. Please take a look at the new website:https://www.eicaa.eu/
- Please check the subpage https://www.eicaa.eu/partners/ and contact ProMedia in case information need to be updated!
Pilot Round:
Please be reminded to upload the datasets of your pilot round in the respective folder in the EICAA OneDrive (LINK). In case of any questions regarding the pilot round, contact Louisa (louisa.mach@uni-hohenheim.de)
WP5 Test Session:
As mentioned during the last meeting, we will hold a WP5 Test Session to find leftover bugs in the EICAA platform. Taimur suggested that specific tasks be given to all partners. This way we only have to hold one meeting. However, it is important that at least one person per institution is present. EICAA-DP Bug Reporting:
Please use the following form to document bugs etc. regarding the EICAA-DP in order to work on bugfixing.

Social Media Channels
- To all partners participating in conferences during the next weeks, please take pictures and write a short summary and send them to ProMedia afterwards!

Our next Conference Call will be on 1st of June.

To keep our EICAA website up-to-date and fill it with new content, we are always on the lookout for new blog entries. We would be very grateful if some of our partners could find the time and share something about your current work on the EICAA project with the visitors of the website in our blog
